Delete Your Account — Falafel Alsham

You can delete your Falafel Alsham app account at any time. Deleting your account removes your app sign-in and anonymizes the personal information linked to it.

How to delete your account from inside the app

1. Open the Falafel Alsham app and sign in with your phone number.
2. Go to the "Account" (حسابي) tab in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap "Delete account" (حذف الحساب).
4. Confirm the deletion.

You are signed out immediately after you confirm.

What is deleted

• Your app sign-in account (all sessions and access tokens are revoked).
• The personal information linked to your account — name, email and phone number — is removed or anonymized so it is no longer tied to you.

What may be retained

Your past order history may be kept in anonymized form for accounting and legal purposes for the period required by law. It is no longer linked to your identity after your account is deleted.

If you can't sign in to the app

Email us at info@watily.com from your email address, and we will verify your request and complete the deletion.
